INFUSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infuse mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Everyday Technology d.o.o., Karla Soprona 12, Zemun, Serbia (“Infuse”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Infuse provides a digital platform, including, but not limited to:
• Event ticket sales
• Digital token system (“eTokens”) for purchases at events
• Membership/subscription programs
• Loyalty and rewards systems
• Digital wallet and account management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
3. ACCOUNT & ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
Infuse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
4. PURCHASES & PAYMENT
By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
All prices may change at any time.
Payments are processed through third-party providers, and you agree to their respective terms.
5. ALL SALES FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All purchases made through the Service, including tickets, eTokens, and memberships, are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in Section 6.
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 Event Tickets
Refunds are issued only in the event of full cancellation of the event by Infuse.
The following do not qualify for refunds:
• change of date
• change of venue
• lineup changes
• delays or interruptions
• partial modifications of the event
In case of cancellation, Infuse may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or offer alternative compensation (e.g., rescheduled tickets or credits).
6.2 Force Majeure
If an event is affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government actions or restrictions, safety or security concerns, or technical or production issues, Infuse reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to provide refunds.
6.3 Personal Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for personal reasons, including illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
6.4 eTokens
All eToken purchases are final and non-refundable.
eTokens cannot be exchanged for money, have no monetary value outside the Infuse platform, and do not constitute currency, electronic money, or a financial instrument.
Unused eTokens remain stored in your account and may be used for future purchases within the platform.
6.5 Memberships
All memberships are non-refundable.
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled by the user, may be cancelled at any time, and remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued.
Infuse reserves the right to modify membership benefits at any time without prior notice.
7. EVENT CONDITIONS
Infuse strives to deliver high-quality event experiences. However, event details may be subject to change.
We do not guarantee that all aspects of the event will remain unchanged or meet individual expectations.
8. ENTRY POLICY
Infuse reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual without refund for intoxication, unsafe or disruptive behavior, or violation of event rules or applicable laws.
Entry may be subject to ID checks, security screening, and venue-specific policies.
9. TICKETS & USAGE
Tickets purchased through the Service are for personal use only.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Infuse.
Infuse reserves the right to invalidate any tickets that are resold, transferred, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.
10. ETOKENS & DIGITAL VALUE DISCLAIMER
eTokens do not represent money, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred, and exist solely within the Infuse ecosystem.
Infuse reserves the right to modify or discontinue the eToken system at any time.
11. MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Membership benefits may include early access, exclusive events, and discounts.
Benefits are not guaranteed and may change at any time.
Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
12. LOYALTY PROGRAM
Rewards have no monetary value and may be modified or revoked at any time.
13. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY
Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of chargebacks or disputes.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content is owned by Infuse or its licensors.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Infuse shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.
16. TERMINATION
Infuse may suspend or terminate access at any time.
17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
19. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Infuse does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Infuse shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from downtime, technical issues, system failures, or maintenance interruptions.
